The Seven Core Values of the Family are the following:

1. Biblically based teaching ministry that mentors. We are committed to teaching, to biblical thinking, and to an approach reflecting "real life."
2. Men who are Christ-centered servant-leaders encouraging one another. As men center themselves on Christ, serve their families, and lead, the family will be protected. Men need each other to do that.
3. Marriages that manifest biblical oneness. This is the highest Biblical value attached to marriage. Men and women long for that closeness and find it hard to develop and maintain.
4. Women helping women pursue personal godliness in their homes. The scriptures teach that if this happens between women, the truth of God will be "adorned."
5. Parents who disciple their children to Christ-likeness in partnership with each other and with the church. This church does not want to take your parenting over. We want to equip you to do the best job you can. This requires a community – we need each other.
6. Single adults and seniors participating fully in the family of God. We desire to honor seniors and want them to know that their greatest influence may still be ahead. We want singles to be connected in meaningful relationships and to know their great potential for contribution to the kingdom.
7. An integrated ministry where children, teens, and adults worship, learn, fellowship, and serve together as a family. Although there are times for singles or marrieds, seniors or youth, men or women being together as a sub-group, we value tying together generations and segments of the population in a common experience of worshipping, growing, and serving Christ as a whole, connected Body.
