Developing Christ-Centered Men who Live as Servant-Leaders
"Likewise urge the young men to be sensible, in all things showing yourself an example of good deeds, with purity in doctrine, dignified, sound in speech beyond reproach," - Titus 2:6-7
We believe the expression, "as go the men, so goes the family; as go the families, so goes the church." If our church’s goal is for Christ to be glorified in us as a spiritual community, we must build men whose lives are centered on growing in and abiding in the person of Jesus Christ, ready to change their world for Him as they are being changed by Him.
FBC Men’s Ministries exists to equip and encourage men to fulfill their roles in the home, church and community as Christ-centered leaders who serve. We do so through Bible studies and discipleship groups, retreats, fellowship and opportunities to serve. Our studies vary from large group to small group, and from studies on the distinctives of being a godly man to general studies on abiding in Christ. We attempt to blend the needs each of us have for discipleship and friendship. We also have a study set aside for the purpose of helping men overcome a common problem for many of us – overcoming lust.
Fellowship Bible Church’s Men’s Ministries are looking for men they can build into and grow with – men who are searching for ways to grow into faithful sons of God, who "deny ungodliness and worldly desires and live sensibly, righteously and godly in this present age." (Titus 2:12)
