We value biblical community fostered through small groups. Small groups develop and enrich community life among God’s people. They provide mutual assistance in facing life’s difficulties through prayer, encouragement, counsel, and personal example so that the hardship grows into an opportunity to know the Lord and His love. They provide opportunities to engage your spiritual gifts to build up each other in a loving, Spirit-led environment.

There are many couples that host groups of folks in their homes and have regular scheduled times of fellowship, study God’s Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. These groups are a mix of ages, professions, marital status’ and in different stages of life. If you are interested in joining one of our community groups, look for the next GroupLink event to sign up, or contact the office directly with the form to the right.

GroupLink is an event where you can sign up for a Community Group. GroupLink events are held on a Saturday and Sunday evenings, once in January and again in August. Community Groups that have openings will have tables with sign up sheets and representatives who you can chat with about their group, what they are studying, what night they meet and how frequently they meet.

It is our desire to see you connected in one of our home-based community groups so that you can experience a deeper level of community relationship, but space is limited at the moment. To meet a growing demand, we offer an alternative small group gathering called ConnectLink. ConnectLink is an opportunity to connect with others in a small group setting while you wait for a home group to open.

If you are not in a community group, join us!

Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the Community Group Room [view campus map]
We will discuss different topics each week. There is no sign up. Just show up.

There is always a demand for more community groups and we are actively looking for new homes to meet in and leaders to host them. Membership in the church is required to lead a community group. If you would like training to become a community group leader, you can check out a training DVD available in the Community Group Room.
