Child Dedication

Child Dedication is a special moment for parents to present their children to God and acknowledge Him as the giver of life, thank Him for these gifts, and ask for His blessing upon them. It’s also an opportunity for parents to present themselves to God and publicly acknowledge their need for Him to lead and love their kids. Last, but not least, it’s an opportunity for parents to introduce themselves and the latest additions to their family to their church family and humbly ask them to come alongside them as they strive to be the Godly parents they are called to be.
Child Dedication is not just a one-day event, but the beginning of an ongoing partnership between your family and our church as we seek to point your child toward Christ together. In preparation for the dedication, parents will spend time connecting with Brian Weir, our Fellowship Kids Pastor. Whether this is your first child dedication or you’ve participated before, this conversation is a chance to get to know your family and learn how Fellowship Kids can partner with you in leading your kids to know, love and serve God.
