We are now fully funded, thank you for your support!

We communicate through a program called Flocknote. We send texts and emails with reminders, updates, and all things youth. Sometimes the first message goes to your spam filter, so you will need to mark it as "Safe". Sign up below by selecting a button!

Wednesdays

6:30 - 8:30 PM at FBC

1st Wednesday - Small Groups (based on age and grade)
2nd - Large Group (games, worship, lesson)
3rd - Small Groups (based on age and gender)
4th - Ministry Teams (students choose a team for the year)
5th - Volunteer Nights (no youth group)
All students who attend on Wednesday nights will get plugged into a small group. Small groups are divided by guys and girls and meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month for fellowship, games, prayer, and Bible study with a relevant discussion of how it applies to your student’s life. All 7th to 8th grade small groups (as well as some 9th-12th grade groups) meet at FBC, while all other 9th-12th grade groups meet in leaders’ homes around the area.

If your student would like to join a small group, he or she can: 1) Attend a group with a friend, 2) Come to Fellowship on a small group Wednesday to join a group that meets at church, or 3) Contact Caleb, our Director of Student Ministries, and he will let you know the location for a group that meets in a home. The 2nd Wednesdays of the month are our large group nights which happen at FBC.  The 4th Wednesdays are for Student Ministry Teams to meet and plan upcoming events and happenings within Fellowship Students.

Meet the team.

Caleb Pearson

Director of Student Ministry
Caleb has been a member of FBC for his entire life. He met his wife Hannah in Keystone, FBC’s Young Adult Ministry, and they have been serving together ever since! His passion for ministry in response to the gospel rests in simply being a vehicle for the Holy Spirit. A voice for the unborn and a resource for those both young at heart and in their faith, he is fueled by the forever standing of God’s word (Isaiah 40) and the joyous privilege it is to suffer for Christ’s name (James 1). He is a zealous teacher, knows a tremendous amount about the TV show Lost, and enjoys finding Jesus in the entertainment industry.

Emma Culler

Associate Director of Student Ministry
Emma Culler has been attending FBC since the summer of 2017. She learned early on that it was better to follow God’s plans rather than make her own plans. Following God has lead Emma on a few different paths, but He has been so good and so faithful to lead her here to FBC to be the Associate Director of Student Ministries. Emma’s desire is that each student would truly embrace their identity in Christ and grow in their knowledge of Christ’s love for them. When Emma is not at church you can find her playing tennis, hanging out with friends at Rose Hill Park, or hosting a Lord of the Rings movie night.

Abby Linaburg

Administrative Assistant for Student Ministry
Abby grew up in Winchester and has attended FBC from a very young age. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeremy, and they currently live in Stephens City. Both Abby and Jeremy enjoying serving in youth as small group leaders and mentors. They also serve together as preschool teachers and regularly attend Keystone Young Adult Ministry.
