Growing together.

Our student ministry seeks to be a resource for parents in the discipleship of their students.

We know the challenges that come from having a family in our modern age. We've been there and we want to help! But our help might look different than you think. At Fellowship Students, we want to come alongside you, the parents, as you impart biblical truth to your families. We want to provide an opportunity for your students to experience Christian community, worship, and fellowship where relationships with peers are built around learning to spur one another on to love and good deeds. And finally, we want to provide opportunities for students to exercise their faith in evangelism, missions, and service.

Sunday Mornings

We offer a variety of opportunities for your students during our Sunday morning worship services. In addition to the classes listed below, we also have one-on-one discipleship opportunities every other Sunday. Small Groups

Wednesday Nights Together.

All students who attend on Wednesday nights will get plugged into a small group. Small groups are divided by guys and girls and meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month for fellowship, games, prayer, and Bible study with a relevant discussion of how it applies to your student’s life. All 7th to 8th grade small groups (as well as some 9th-12th grade groups) meet at FBC, while all other 9th-12th grade groups meet in leaders’ homes around the area.

If your student would like to join a small group, he or she can: 1) Attend a group with a friend, 2) Come to Fellowship on a small group Wednesday to join a group that meets at church, or 3) Contact Dennis, our Pastor of Student Ministries, and he will let you know the location for a group that meets in a home. The 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month are our large group nights which happen at FBC.

Meet the team.

Dennis McNutt

Pastor of Student Ministry
Dennis joined the FBC staff in January of 2017 after having attended for 17 years serving in various roles. He is married to Ivette and has  ve children. Previously he worked for a local manufacturer as an Energy and Facilities Manager and served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear operator.
Dennis’ prayer for our students is that they would know the love of Christ. His hope for the youth ministry is that we would be characterized by the simple Christianity stated in 1 John 3:23 - that we would “believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as He has commanded us.”

Courtney Pantalena

Director of Student Ministry & Discipleship
Courtney began attending FBC when she was nine years old. It was through FBC that she first heard the gospel and placed her trust in Christ for forgiveness. She grew up in the youth group under Mike Lukens and John Avery. Courtney graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2008 with a B.A. in Bible/Youth Ministry and from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary with an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling in 2010. She was hired as Director of Student Ministries and Discipleship in July of 2014 and considers it a privilege to serve in the same church that discipled her while growing up.
