Global Church Night

Celebration of Family Camp!
Friday, June 20 - 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Lower Level Auditorium
Every two years, FBC hosts “Global Church Week,” where we bring together global church partners to deepen our relationships and inform the congregation about God's work through our missions program worldwide. But two years is a long time to wait for such an impactful experience! That's why, this summer, the Global Missions team is excited to host Global Church Night—a smaller, more intimate event designed to keep our global missions focus alive and strengthen our connections with the church family.

Join us on FridayJune 20, in the lower level auditorium for a special Global Church Night as we celebrate the amazing work God is doing in His church on Native American reservations. Many families from Fellowship Bible Church will have just returned from helping lead a week-long “Family Camp” for Native American families from churches in North and South Dakota. Our volunteers led teaching sessions, worship, games, crafts, and other activities that brought together people of all ages and backgrounds.

During the evening, we’ll hear stories of how God moved during the camp and learn more about the ongoing relationships being built. Our Global Church partners, Peter and Angela Adkins and Miles Davenport, will share firsthand updates on how the camp impacted lives and how God is working through their local church ministries.

This is a family-friendly event, so bring your loved ones as we come together to celebrate God’s faithfulness and the impact of the global church.

We've been serving in Cannon Ball, ND on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation for the past ten years.

Miles Davenport

Hi, my name is Miles Davenport. I am of Meskwaki and Ojibwe descent, with a deep connection to both my biological and adoptive families. I came to know Christ in March 2021 and now serve with Friends United Meeting, a Quaker denomination. I am focused on mission and evangelism within Native communities, particularly among the Meskwaki Settlement, where only 5% of the population is saved. I enjoy spending time with friends, hiking, trying new restaurants, and engaging in hobbies like music, movies, basketball, and running. God has shown me that with Him in focus, life can be truly enjoyable.
