We would be very grateful if the congregation could pray for us in these specific areas:
- Our spiritual lives - Pray that we will continue to grow in our relationship with Christ, remain spiritually healthy, and keep our first love for the Lord.
- Our marriage and family - Pray that God will continue to strengthen and protect our marriage and give us wisdom as parents.
- Our daughter’s marriage - Please also pray for God’s blessing and guidance as our daughter Timya prepares for marriage in October.
- Our house construction – God would provide every need for the house we are building now.
- The people we teach - Pray that our teaching will go beyond their minds and reach their hearts, producing genuine transformation and Christlike character.
- Future leaders - Pray that God will raise up faithful men and women who will understand Scripture, love Christ, and serve the next generation.
- Wisdom - There are many decisions to make in ministry. Pray that God will give us wisdom to know where to invest our time, energy, and resources.
- Strength and perseverance - Ministry can be physically, emotionally, and spiritually demanding. Pray that we will not become discouraged or weary in doing good.
- Open doors — Pray that God will continue to provide opportunities to teach, train, disciple, counsel, and encourage people.
- That God will receive the glory — Ultimately, our prayer is not that people will remember us, but that they will remember Christ.

Reaching the Nearby Villages
Pray that the nearby villages—K, C, M, E, and surrounding areas—will be reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pray for opportunities to share the Gospel and for people to respond to Christ.
Timya’s Wedding
Pray for Timya, the elder daughter of Pastor Saji, as she prepares for her wedding on 19 October. Pray for God’s guidance, provision, protection, and blessing upon the couple and both families.
Salvation of Our Family Members
Pray that our (Augustine and Rethinam’s) family members who do not yet know the Lord will come to know Jesus Christ personally and experience His saving grace.
Ministry at ACHS School
Pray for our ministry among the 11th and 12th grade students at ACHS School. Pray that the students will have opportunities to hear and understand the Gospel and that many of them will come to know the Lord and grow in their relationship with Him.
Church Discipleship Ministry
Pray for the discipleship ministry of the church. Pray that the ministry will have a clear biblical direction and strategy, and that believers will be equipped to grow in Christ, follow Him faithfully, and make disciples of others.

Dear FBC Brothers and Sisters,
Greetings to you all in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
We are doing well by the grace of God, and we want to begin by thanking you for your faithful prayers and encouragement. Your partnership means so much to us, and we are grateful for the many ways the Lord has used the FBC family to bless and encourage us.
The Lord has been graciously blessing the church in Namakkal in many ways. Over the past year, we have had the joy of starting two new church plants.
The first is in P, a small town about 15 miles south of Namakkal. John V and his family are serving the Lord there. The second is in S, a larger city about 40 miles west of Namakkal. N and his family are serving the Lord there. Please pray for these dear families as they faithfully serve. Pray that God would strengthen them, open doors for the gospel, and use their ministry to establish healthy, Christ-centered churches in these communities.
Our Family
We are also thankful for God's grace in our family. Amy will complete her schooling in April 2027. She is considering pursuing a career in science, and we are praying for God's direction for her future. She is also considering moving to the United States for college, and we are trusting the Lord to provide the right opportunity and the necessary financial support, including a scholarship.
Hudson is currently in 9th grade. We are particularly thankful for his ability to build friendships and encourage his friends to become more actively involved in the church. It is a joy to see him grow and develop relationships with others.
Jocelyn is currently taking a course to become an ABA analyst, and we are thankful for the opportunity for her to develop skills that can be used to serve children and families.
Above all, we are grateful to God for the body of FBC. Your prayers, love, encouragement, and generosity have been a tremendous blessing to our family and ministry. We thank God for each one of you.
Please Pray With Us
1. Therapy and Counseling Center for Children with Autism
Please pray for the Namakkal church's desire to establish a therapy and counseling center for children with autism. Pray that God will give us wisdom, provide the right people and resources, and guide us as we seek to develop this ministry.
2. Leadership Training
Please pray for the leadership training programs being conducted in Namakkal and A N . Our desire is to equip members of the Tamil Baptist churches in these areas to serve God and His church faithfully. Pray that these training opportunities will help develop godly leaders who will serve Christ and His people well.
3. Amy's Future and College Plans
Please pray for Amy as she considers pursuing college in the United States. Pray for God's clear direction in her life and that He will provide the right college, opportunities, and financial provision for her higher education.
4. Pastoral Internship Program
Please pray for the pastoral internship program in Namakkal. We currently have three pastors who are learning alongside me through FBC resources. Pray that this training will help them grow as faithful shepherds and equip them to build healthy local churches.
5. Church Extension and Ministry Facilities
Please pray for the construction of our church extension, which will also include facilities for a pastoral training center and a counseling and therapy center for children with autism.
The total estimated cost of the project is approximately $80,000. By God's grace, we have already raised nearly $35,000 through the generous contributions of our church members. We are trusting the Lord to provide the remaining funds needed to complete the project.
6. Pastoral Training Center
Please pray that the pastoral training center will become a place where men and women can be equipped in the context of a local church and prepared to serve Christ and plant churches in unreached and less-reached areas. Our desire is to see healthy, multiplying churches established where the gospel has had little opportunity to take root.
7. Future Elders
Please pray for the two men who are aspiring to serve as elders of the church. I am meeting with them regularly for discipleship and training. We hope, by God's grace, that they will be qualified and ordained as elders by October 2027. Pray for their spiritual growth, character, families, and preparation for this responsibility.
8. Our Family
Finally, please pray for us as a family, that we would continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord, remain faithful to Him, and be a good example and encouragement to the church.
Thank you once again for faithfully standing with us through your prayers, encouragement, and partnership in the gospel. We are deeply grateful for the FBC family and for the privilege of serving the Lord here in India.
