Judges - Part 17
The 7th Cycle
A Chronical of God’s Matchless Mercy in the Midst of the Willful Disobedience and Apostacy of His People
One of the more interesting things about this study is that four chapters are devoted to Samson.
Consider that of the four chapters, nearly all of the first
one focuses on Samson’s parents
God had a purpose for Samson
God had a purpose for Samson’s parents
On the basis of this account – so far – these parents had all the “ingredients” for being perfect parents.
Samson started out in life with every possible advantage.
And yet . . . Samson didn’t turn out as expected
God calls us to be Godly parents.
He does not hold us accountable for producing Godly children.
He provides no guarantees.
But we are held accountable for being and remaining Godly parents.
