Speeches, Round One: Job / Bildad
Sep 15, 2019 • John Morrison
Job responds to Eliphaz that a man’s friends should be kind to him so he doesn’t forsake fear of God. He wishes that God would let him die and quit staring silently at him. Bildad corrects Job by letting him know his belief that blessing correlates directly with obedience. So what is true? God sometimes has plans which fit His kingdom purposes which don’t fit the world we can see, understand and hope to control.
