The First Context:

-Divine Ownership
-Predestined Actions

The Second Context:
Human Experience
-Spoken Commands
-Human Ownership
-Choice/Agency/Obedience and Disobedience

These contexts are always both at work, but aren’t the same thing, and we shouldn’t confuse them.
